/Black&White
I have recently fallen in love with Black and White. I see a depth and a feel that colour doesn't have. It is also somewhat nostalgic and I love history. There is just a sense of permanence in this medium. (There are a couple with a Sepia tone added)
I am not technical and so I simply play with settings and find ways to capture what I see. I love the sweat on faces. I love the wrinkle in eyes. I love the contortions made by the passion and feeling people exhibit.
Here is a sample of a friend of mine, Kevin Vaughn. Kevin is a musician and plays a lot of Blues. I did these in Dallas recently and wanted to share them.
I have also included some other photos I have done in Black and White.
